These general terms and conditions of sale govern the marketing of Adenofrin through the official site adenofrin.net to end customers residing in India, as per the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Information Technology Act 2000.

1. Seller identification

2. Product characteristics

Adenofrin is a nutraceutical food supplement notified to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). It is not a medicine, does not require a prescription and does not replace prescribed treatment. 3. Price and ordering process

The promotional price of ₹2,490 per pack is valid until stocks last and includes shipping pan-India. The order is placed by filling the form on the site with name and mobile number; the contract is concluded at the moment of phone confirmation by our advisor, during which the delivery address is validated.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made through trusted couriers (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post Speed Post) within 3-7 working days pan-India, starting from phone confirmation. The courier makes up to three delivery attempts on consecutive working days before returning the parcel to the central warehouse.

5. Payment

Payment is made exclusively on delivery in cash to the courier (Cash on Delivery), for the exact amount communicated during the confirmation call. No advance or banking details are required at the time of ordering. If the amount requested at delivery differs from the agreed price, you have the right to refuse the parcel without any cost.

6. Right of return

As per the E-Commerce Rules 2020, you have the right to return the product within 14 working days of delivery without obligation to provide reason. 7. Dispute resolution

For any dispute arising from this contract, the consumer may approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction over the consumer's place of residence in India, as per the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Alternatively, online complaints can be filed through the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumerhelpline.gov.in portal of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.
