Returns and guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your Adenofrin India purchase. That is why we offer two layers of protection: a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened packs and the right of return within 14 working days under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 (E-Commerce Rules, 2020) for distance purchases.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If on receipt of the parcel you are not convinced of the product, you can request a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery for unopened packs and with the security seal intact. The guarantee covers the amount paid for the product; the cost of return shipping to the warehouse is to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Right of return 14 days

In addition to the voluntary guarantee, the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 (E-Commerce Rules, 2020) recognises the consumer's right of return within 14 working days of delivery, without obligation to provide reason. To exercise it, you may:

  • Send an explicit communication to support@adenofrin.net mentioning the order number, name and intent to return.
  • Use the standard return form available on request via email.

Once we receive your communication, we provide the warehouse address and request you to return the product within 14 days from the communication, in original packaging, unopened and with the seal intact. Refund is made within 14 working days of receiving the product, via bank transfer to the IBAN/IFSC account you provide (since payment was made COD).

When right of return does not apply

  • Opened packs with broken security seal: for hygienic and food-safety reasons, the right of return does not apply to sealed products once opened.
  • Parcels refused at delivery without reason: in this case it is not technically a return but rejection of goods; no charge applies.
  • Purchases made through unauthorised resellers (Amazon Marketplace, Flipkart third-party sellers): in these cases the manufacturer's warranty does not apply and you must approach the external seller directly.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Send an email to support@adenofrin.net with the order number, reason for return and preferred refund method.
  2. You shall receive within 24 working hours the warehouse address and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product in original packaging via a trackable courier (shipping cost is borne by you, except for product defects).
  4. Once we verify the integrity of the pack, we process the refund within 14 working days.

Product defects or shipping errors

If you receive a defective product (damaged pack, tampered seal, altered capsules) or the wrong product, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the product and packaging. In these cases we replace the product at our cost or refund the full amount of your choice, without any further procedures.
